Private lessons for couples and individuals

More and more adults are turning to dance as an experience as we understand just for how much mental and physical benefits it can offer.

GingerFred now teaches so many couples and small groups of friends during the week - if there is a space of time the studio is free anyone can book it and Louise to teach you the dance of your choice!

 

SO WHAT DOES A LESSON GIVE YOU...

Dancing helps you to keep your mind and body healthy and is just as good for you as cycling and jogging. It helps with your upper-body strength and strengthens your core muscles. Overall, it can be a great workout for any adult!

Dancing helps to boost your memory. Science shows that exercise can reverse the volume loss from the part of your brain that controls memory and can help prevent dementia.

Dancing improves your flexibility and reduces stiffness.
