JOIN US FOR YOGA, PILATES
Beccy Swaine has been teaching Hatha Yoga in Somerset for over 10 years and is excited to be starting a new class at GingerFred in Langport on Thursdays 5 - 6.15pm.
Classes start in September 2019 and will include limbering, stretching and strengthening, yoga asana, breathing practice and deep relaxation. Yoga is a holistic discipline where mind, body and breath work together for integrated health and wellbeing.

British Wheel of Yoga Qualified Teacher
Kettlercise is an all-over weight training programme using just one simple piece of equipment- the Kettlebell.
Kate Derrick teaches this class - Kate began her career in the fitness industry 12 years ago, initially qualifying
as an ETM instructor teaching aerobics, step-aerobics, body conditioning and Pilates.
She currently teach Kettlebells, Pilates and Lift & Pump exercise classes on a regular basis at Huish Leisure.
This class meets on Saturday mornings, 9-9.55am
Sessions are £5 per class or £27 per six-week half term.

Pilates is an exercise method that focuses on strengthening the body as a whole, reducing muscular imbalances & promoting joint mobility through flexibility. The Beauty of Pilates is that it can be challenging for everyone be it your first or your thousandth class. It requires concentration & control & teaches you so much about how your body moves & works.
Paula was a professional dancer for 17yrs during which Pilates was a strong basis for maintaining strong physics. When she decided to stop performing Paula trained to become a Pilates instructor. Paula has over 10yrs experience teaching Pilates, working in rehab, Swiss ball & maternity.
