    Hello!

    Are you an adult who just loves to dance?

    GingerFred Studio invites you to get moving at their lovely studio whilst  still adhering to the new way of living since the Corona virus outbreak...

     

    On this small website we outline the new timetable offering:

     

    - Adult DANCEFIT classes (six only in a class)

    - Private DANCEFIT lessons

    - Couples social dancing lessons (1,2 or 3 couples together)

     

    We also outline the content of the classes and how to sign up. Plus what safety measures are in place for your peace of mind taking part in a dance class.

     

     

    Please note - We are not yet offering dance classes for children.

  • What is in the class and what will it cost.....

    Please note there will be no summer holidays once we open - I aim to teach right through to Christmas.

    Private DanceFit lesson - £30 for 50 minutes

    This private lesson focuses on all the important elements of a DanceFit lesson but is tailor-made totally for you. Working with Louise in the studio by yourself this 1-2-1 will focus on stamina, flexibilty, getting out of breath, coordination and balance - working with you at your pace...a great way to focus on yourself in a quieter less social lesson. 

    Couples social dance 1 couple - £40 for 50 minutes

    Many couples have already made strong in-roads to becoming crafted at their chosen social dance - this slot allows them to once again enjoy the challenge and pleasure of dancing together as a couple. The popular styles at the studio are waltz, Argentine Tango and Foxtrot...if you haven't had a couples lesson before but feel now is the time to do something special together whilst learning a new skill - get in touch! 

    Couples sharing the lesson: distancing - £50 between 2 couples

    If 2 couples are learning the same dance style with the size of the studio it is possible to teach 2 couples at the same time as they work on their own craft. This helps keep the cost down and give you chance to see what others are working on.

    DanceFit for 6 people - £7 per 50 minute lesson

    I could go on and on about this class....I love it and never tire of finding new ways to teach the many women (men welcome but we don't have any!) who commit with passion to this class. It focuses on people in their 40's up but we do have some younger members who love the hits from the 50's, 60,s and up...and that is what makes this class so special - the music; lovingly picked with each exercise in mind, it is like a Desert Island Disc for dance.

    The class wants you to improve your stamina, flexibility, posture, muscle strength, brain and body relationship, elevation, backward motion and twist - this is not the end of the list but I will run out of space...women do this class to feel good about who they are NOW. The social element is also important and we all have a little chuckle together. But we work VERY HARD to push our boundaries of habit - with deep explanation and correction to avoid any injuries.

    If you are serious about improving core strength, balance and flexibility mixed with feeling GOOD because you are noticed and you are part of a team...this is for you - serious to commit folk only need apply!
